i cancelled an order with them on monday and still havent got my money put back into my bank account. they said it could take 2-3 days but its going on 5. any one ever have problems with refunds and cancellations?

btw: if this is too far off topic, someone can lock it.

 

i assume you used a credit card....sometimes it takes up to one billing cycle to show on the account.

 

yeah, you'll have to call the bank to see if the charge came back. sometimes even then they still don't see it. its kind of weird how it works but we've had to deal with that all of the time.

 

yeah i used a mastercard debit card. there is this 800 number to call to check my account balance and ive been checking every day

 

Yep, If Courtesy put the credit back onto your account already, its now up to your Bank to post it on there and its in their 'terms' when they can post it back on there (sometimes 24-36 hours or even up to 2 weeks depending on bank)
