Wheel Question...
I saw some wheels on eBay this morning and was wondering if I should let them go or scoop them. They're 17x7 Mazda 6 wheels with 5x114.3 bolt pattern, but their offset is something like 65mm, versus the 40mm we're supposed to have. I currently have my car lowered, but I'm likely going to have my stock springs re-installed because, unfortunately, one of the springs actually broke (ST's) and I'd have to replace it anyway.
Since I was looking for wheels, I thought this might be a steal since the guy selling them lives in L.A. and is unloading the wheels pretty cheap, but I'd like to know if the offset is too great to deal with or not.
As always, your advice is much appreciated!

Thanks Jeff...
Just wanted the clarification. I'm getting my stock springs reinstalled as we speak, so hopefully there was no damage done to the new struts I recently had installed. This guy's gonna reinstall the springs, install the rear strut cartridges (KYB GR-2) and do the front end alignment all for $250 - not bad at all I'd think...
Now it's wheel shopping time again!
@ internetautomar - what will spacers do in this situation. My understanding is that the larger the offset number is, the further away the wheel will "stick out" from the mounting points, or am I off track?
Thanks again, guys!

You will need at least a 1" spacer. That will require you to purchase new wheel studs. A whole of trouble to run some wheels made for a Mazda and are only 17x7. I highly suggest buying wheels in the correct offset and are 7.5" to 8" wide.
