Dirty winter 3rd gens sign in

The city used wayyy too much salt for the severity of the storm. Thank goodness I drive a 3rd gen, with its thick paint and ample undercoating.

I took this picture yesterday after I washed my car in the warm 75ish degree weather. I almost considered putting on socks it was so cold!

I hate you and I hate everybody else in Texas. Today was rather warm for a St Louis winter, mid 40s. Tomorrow it's going to be in the 20s and snowing.

That pic of Mizeree's car makes me want to cry. No wonder everything over there gets so rusty. It looks like you pulled that car out of the ocean.

Dude, you are a wuss.

I've washed my Max in 40 degree weather in Minnesota (with the water sheeting off as freshly formed ice) with a hose and sponge. And that's *AFTER* I lived in Phoenix for 5 years. LOL

Mine is worse than Mizeree_X... my black max is 2 tone right now... the bottom half to the windows is brown/tan becasue of the salt/sand mixture they use on the roads... and the hood, roof, and trunk top are still shiny black. The center section in the trunk that says maxima is totally covered over and looks almost shaved... the bmw lights are covered and you can barely see the round lights inside the case... it is in need of a hard-core wash but the temperature has been hovering around zero for the past few weeks.... too damn cold!!! It was -11 yesterday.

i hate cardomain. if you want me to host your sig pic or any pics for that matter, let me know ill do it for free.99 and best thing is it will always show up.

my car was dirrty as can be, i drove from toledo ohio to chicago and then to columbus for various things, i think the total was 5 salt trucks i got behind. i washed it as soon as i was done, its looks great now, except for the salt covered wheels already. looks like white walls on my max.
