Torque specs...

ok i need to rebuild the heads on my ve..
but i need a blow up of it if anyone has one ..
and the torque specs too..
and if there is a step by step thing somewhere on the net that would be helpful too ..

Find/buy/steal a real Nissan service manual. I wouldn't touch this work w/o one.

Um a step by step would probably take 5-6 pages. I don't forsee someone doing that.

You check the stickies for general info.

Jeff is right, better get a chilton if you cant find a FSM. Alot of the bolts need to come OFF in order so you dont warp anything while taking it off. Its not a hard job, just time consuming. Get some help so they can help you with the order bolts come off and on.
And take pictures before and during taking it apart.
And watch out for those damn injectors
