I'm being silly because I find it funny on the forums of people doing the most dumbest comparisons like...maxima vs. probe, sunfire...whatever.....and get real responses. Heh...

Maxima vs. BMW 323Ci

 

didn't realize those ugly things were so fast
i revved on him at stoplight.. the guy was a good
launcher and practically no wheelspin... and he took off
i think he hit like 100 before the end of the block, hehe.

 

I raced a f50 r.c. car once. That thing kicked my butt like every car on the road...

 

Maxima vs. F40/F50:
This would be a mismatch in the highest order. If I drove the F40 or F50 and someone in a Max challenged me, I would . There is no way on God's Green Earth a Maxima is going to even remotely get within striking distance of either car unless you did some extremely serious modifications (e.g. changing the Max to Rear drive, sticking a souped up 300ZXTT motor in it). God forbid it is a Koenig Tuned F50 (800+ hp). That would be like a fight between Mike Tyson and someone beginning his boxing career.


Maxima vs. 323Ci
This is more of a realistic matchup. However, this really depends on the driver's skill more than horsepower. A good driver in a Maxima can beat a crappy driver in a 323Ci.
