I just noticed that my muffler is starting to get holes in it......not bad considering its the same one that came with the car. I want to replace it with something aftermarket......what does everyone have??

Mufflers will not add significant power alone...

in the long run it will benefit to have a hi-flow mnuffler and hi-flow exhaust system together, but alone a hi-flow muffler will yeild little significant/noticable gain.....but they sound sweet none the less!

if you want alot of noticable power then a hi flow muffler wont do it alone. get a cold air intake, y pipe, hi flow cat, full cat back, a hi flow muffler, and you will feel some power. i would say get headers but there are none avaliable in mass production but if you got the money, you can get it custom made.

If you want quiet, but a decent performance gain, go with a 5th gen stock muffler. Nissan's website describes it pretty well and I'm sure you can find some 5th gen dude who will let you take it of his/her hands.
