FINALLY! the drop isn't much more than eibach, but's it's noticable, especially in the rear. it's a much more ballanced drop. i can't really feel the difference with the tokicos though, i was expecting more. oh well, maybe they have a break-in period. james92se, did you max eventually get a little lower as the springs broke-in? i did with my eibachs.

I just got the same last tuesday

Mine has yet to get any lowerer(is that a word?) but I like mine. The guy at PPI, the shop I go to, said that it does settle in after a while for a little lower, but not much.

didn't get any lower? that's impossible...it should have lowered it and then after the settling period a bit lower...with my eibachs the drop was noticeable right away..

maybe your stock springs were sagging or something so the car already looked lower

i switched from eibach to intrax, so it was only another 1/2 inch lower than before. that's why it seems like it didn't do much. i think it looks lower when you have the stock wheel setup than when you have rims and low profile tires. you car(in the sig pic) looks lower than mine with eibachs did.

my response was to dirksmoothe...sorry for the confusion...

yeah i figured you wouldn't notice too much of a change yet...they should settle nicely though and will look very tight with the caffeines...can't wait to see the new pics...

I think he meant that his springs haven't settled any more than when they were on initially. Believe me his car looks awesome now, used to look like a 4x4 now it looks real low and tight. He gets plenty of looks now. Non existant fender gap. fender, then tire. It looks great. I was thinking about getting eibachs however because I was going for more of a handling mod and with a body kit I didn't want to mess that up; but I will be keeping touch with dirksmoothe to find how he likes his cuz it looks tight.

ummm...

yeah, Czar saw my car this week end, what I meant was that it hasn't gotten any lower, in my eyes, since tuesday when I got it lowered. Of course there is a pretty good difference with a 1.75" drop. and I got the 98SE wheels, so that fills up the wells even more.

oh, and by the way, It looks f-in tight! I think that you should all get it. It makes the 3rd gen look like it was meant to look this way, long, wide, low, and fast!

Hellz yeah!

You do know that that was totally contradictory

Eibachs will give you better performance than your body kit will.

The stillen kit is for looks, and the eibachs are for handles and to keep the kit from getting all busted up from lower than eibach springs...
