Tachometer & Coolant Temp not working.

Tachometer & Coolant Temp not working.
The tachometer is not working at all and the coolant temp guage is acting up. Its going way up on High when the car is running at normal temperature. How would I go about fixing this.
BTW, this is a 91 GXE.
