HELP, This makes no sense

My rear passenger side window cannot go up all the way, stops about 1/4 inch short. Thought the rain guard was pinching the track , took it out, no luck. This has nothing to do with the regulator/motor. Even without the windo bolted on to the regulator u cannot physicly push the window all the way up. I have lubbed up the entire track on both sides. Seems like the window got warped? I can run my fingers down the entire length of both track and there is clearence on both sides. This makes no sense. Anyone experience this?

The window is in the track, i just talked to my mechanic see i he has heard of anything and he said it would be worth it to talk out the intire rubber runners and clean them out/inspect them but it seems liek it would be a ***** to get them back in. Anyone takin theres off?

Just fixed it today, turns out it wasnt in the track correctly, the very bottem would pop out of the track on one side, pinching the window about 1/8 inch from the top keeping it from rolling up. Really had to take a good look down the window to see that the bottem was comming out of the track and took some messing around with to get it in properly. Thanks for help
