Yeah there's a fuse in the box next to the drivers door. Should say on the removable panel which fuse to take out. I think it's like....the third from bottom on the left side. That may work.

when i turn on my headlights the innerglows dont come on, and the clock and digital a/c dims out and goes away. I can still see the clock but the a/c is completely gone until i take off the headlights. The only dash lights that work is, my cd player, and my light thats in my ash tray. I replaced the switch that turns on my headlight, and its not that. Cant think of anything else before takin to to my mechanic. Anyone suggest anything else, i will appreciate it.

Swap ALL fuses, regardless of looks. Really cheaper than mech...

Dash lights are connected with rear lights as safety feature. As they're out, dash lights are out. Open, check for shorts in both rear assemblys, wrong bulb/installations...

Main light switch burned contacts? Open, clean -or- Swap.
