Attempted to secure the clutch cover on the fidanza flywheel , hand tightened everything book says to tighten to 25-33 ft pounds... tried 30 and the first one started to spin in the aluminum flywheel... do u adjust the tourqe and apply lock tight ... wtf is going on...

Looks like you stripped the flywheel threads. You have to be pretty carefull on those. Since the bolts are short, you might be able to get some longer ones and engage the threads deeper inside the flywheel. You have to tighten them all bit by bit.

Well no wonder. You HAVE to tighten all of them down bit by bit. NOT torque each one down to 30ftlbs one at a time!

yeah, what he said..
now you get to remove the flywheel and drill out and helicoil ALL NINE of the clutch bolts.. If you don't, you're going to throw the balance off and you'll have vibrations from now on.

i did step out the torque but at 30 pounds 3 spun even backed it to 25 after the first one ... i went 15 then 30 before the 15 i went around and did a half turn with my 3/8s rachet ... so even if i getg 3 1/4 inch longer bolts and some lock tight the **** will be off balance?

what are you talking about scribed w/ a code?

they come with a serial number engraved/scribed on them around the hub from the factory, right next to the SFI sticker..
here's a crappy pic of mine:

while on the subject, is the VG flywheel different than the VE. The VG ones have 6 holes right??

well i did helicoil 3 , dropped it of at a machine shop to see if its still in tolerence of balance... will know tommorow... the helicoil for the bolt size was 8 x 125 if anyone cares in the future... i dont know why they spun , i think my tourqe wrench is out of calibration...
