General Mantenance Q's (Spark Plugs, O2 sensor, fuel filter)

A couple of questions about general maintenance.

1. Getting soem NGK Plat. Spark Plugs, is the head aluminum, how careful do you have to be, do plugs get stuck frequently?

2. I was reading the directions for the fuel filter in the manual, do I have to have the computer interface thingy to change this, or can I just replace it after clearing the fuel system?

3. O2 Sensor anything special with this, or do you just take it out and replace it?

Thanks
