where is the darn iacv

Dumb, question, but where is the idle air control valve on a 92 ve?My idle's at 1.5k and have no idea why.But the Egr valve doesn't seem to have any vaccum coming from the hose. All i'm sure of as the temp. outside goes up the idle goes upI don't think it's the temp. sensor, temp. gauge works fine.
I'm lost,as the haynes doesn't even mention an iacv,the images aren't working at 4dsc.com.
Help me please, gas is too expensive to be at this high of an idle.
