car puttering in low rpm in drive

my car is shaking slightly in low rpms but only in drive and reverse. you can still tell its there in neutral and park but its not that noticable. Do you think i would need a new fuel pump? everything else on my car i have fixed. i put in the coolant sensor and everything else is fine. Before today the car would putter on startup and then start to run fine. It also cut out a few times. but now its just puttering constantly and is really annoying. the timing is fine. Just to make sure i even plugged in the old knock sensor harness cuz it is not totally bad yet. but that was not problem. What do you all suggest i do because i dont feel like buying a fuel line gauge. but i might have to. Is there a way to test it electrically? cuz i never have.

yes, i checked my spark plugs, carbon deposit on num 4. I was just seein if people had ideas cuz it felt like when you take out the fuse to the fuel pump.

did you check to see if it was the coil ?
it's more than likely the injector though

i fixed it. it was the spark plug. i adjusted my mixture cuz i think it was running too hot. Im eventually gonna get hotter plugs to accomodate for it.
