mud guards?

mud guards?

was mud guards an option on 3rd generations because I see some have some dont mu 90 SE has and my 92 Gxe doesnt have? I just noticed my GXE didnt have them I thought some one might have token them from me while I was parked somewhere.

Yeah it was either an option or standard on the SE's, my GXE doesnt have them, if you want some tho just go find some at a junkyard.

Both my 1992 SE's had them, my 1994 SE doesn't have them... The cars that had them had rust behind them because they trapped salt and other debris, so maybe its a good thing that your gxe doesnt have them... The down side to not having them is that my car gets more dirt and mud on the sides. I guess its a trade off.

yea i think mud flaps make the car look better along with a spoiler

I must have had them on my GXE at one time because I see the rust were they sat once upon a time plus I see the yellowed plastic attachment that held them in. I guess some greedy pric decided to take mine within the last few weeks.

Of all the things they could have stolen.... they took the mud guards... wow

Yeah my 89 se has them, i never new some maxes didn't have them. Not only do they look cool, but they actually work, cant remember the last time i saw dirt streeks on the side of my car.
