rear strut tower brace
ok,
i have this wild hairbrained idea. I heard that a ftsb will fit on the rear, but the back seat has to be removed. Ok, would it be possible to run the strut bar inside teh rear seat? Or, possibly cut out part of the back of the seat so it'll fit? i haven't had my back seat out to look at it yet. I'm at school, but i just thought that would be cool. I'm not sure where the strut tops are located at, i just thought of it a while ago, and was thinking about it, and thought i'd see if anyone else had had this hairbrianed idea.

Go out and take a look at the unibody that ties the rear strut towers together.. there's a HUGE piece of reinforced steel between the strut towers.. it's called your rear parcel shelf. your window is also jus inches away from that and actually serves a huge structural purpose on the car.
blah blah blah..
you don't need a strut brace. it won't do you any good and will only make your car look stupid because there's no place to put one without losing your back seat completely.
