I recently got a PR CAI installed on my car and would like to know how often the air filter needs to be changed/cleaned. Can anyone tell me...cuz I haven't had much luck in the search function.

i do mine once every 6 months...it really depends on what type of environment you are in (dirty/clean) and how many miles you put on the car in the time span...i've heard people doing it once a year...i can't remember the recommended time frame though...
