How much torque is needed for a Courtesy FSTB?

I bought a Courtesy FSTB for my '93 Maxima GXE. How much torque am I supppose to put on the FSTB with the torque wrench? Thanks.

I don't know if you are the same person that emailed me but just incase you aren't.......I put about 20ft*lbs give or take.

hey primeevil what ever happened to ur washer nozzle lights? ever get pics? i still don't know what those things look like

sorry about that I did take pix but they came out bad and then I disconnected them when i got my car lowered but by that time all of the wack a$$ copycat so-called racer kids in my town saw me with them and they started getting them too so I didn't even bother hooking them up. Just so you know it doesen't matter how bright your lights are as long as you don't have your high beams on anyone can see them. I like them, but make sure you don't get red or blue or you can expect to be pulled over.
