I wanted to buy a set of 17's, and get the Eibach/Tok setup, I was wondering if I could put my stock 15's back on for the winter without any trouble...Thanks....

shouldn't be any problems...

People lower their maxima's on stock rims.... look for some posts from Chris91SE, he has pics of his 3rd gen in the sig dropped with Tokico and Eibachs on stock rims.
There are others who do this, you shouldn't have problems.
