It's feels good to be flush

I got the other headlight finally done, and put on a 60 minute grill.... Cuz it took 60 minutes.

There's a past thread about this project if someone wants to search it for refereance.

The grill is just sitting in there... it's not lined up perfect for you critial types.

It would take me awhile to get used to the corner lenses, because they look so much different without the regular cover. But good work, it looks clean.

It would probably be way too expensive to want to buy. He put alot of time in on those lights, and probably got way to frustrated to want to do it again haha.

That's probably true. A write-up at some point would be a great contribution to the org

Once again, nice job!

Just search for one, because i know he did a post while he was working on it earlier that explained almost everything. And you have the power to search so its a good time to put it to use.

Thanks fellas, it was a real dragged out project. Yeah... if someone could seach the past thread it's under
wade covers/ flush headlights. something thing like that. All the information is in it.

I couldn't get enough money to make another set.... It's over 400 in the parts I used not including the paint, bondo, wire, solder, etc.

The highs are 120watt.. it's pointless to take a pic lol. I kinda want orange halos... All the 'super white' one fade and turn green. And the blue ones are too illegeal.

awesome front look.. IMO tho, it would look a bit more complete with a nice nissan logo, or maybe a GT-R logo or maybe even a small 4DSC logo right there in the center of the grille. nothing too ricey. to ME it looks a bit empty, but cool either way

i wasn't really a fan of the e36 lights..but you take the cake. If I were to ever change mine out, those would be the choice...(minus the orange bulb, or maybe something to reflect it/spread the glow)
Beautiful work.

Thats another good reason i wouldn't make another set, I don't wanna get sued by wade, nor piolt lighting, nor the no name brand that makes the headlights.

The projectors light up when i signol that side. I'll get more pics.

Wiking, I meant it felt good to be flush.. because without the wade covers there the lights were dipped under the hood, now it's all flush.

Nice job, therealgoon9. The wrap-around looks better than I thought it would. What do you use to secure the Wade covers to the car?

Alot of expoxy, a few small screws, some body sealant, bondo, praimer, paint.

Your car looks awesome Tim. Im gonna lurk around on these forums for a bit being a smart ***, and trying to put in the few good pieces of information I have. You should put the Scion tC kit on yours, like I did on mine, it makes your maxi look completly different!

I want to see a pic of this Max with a Scion bodykit. Personally, the xB or whatever one looks like a kleenex box with wheels looks sooo ugly!! lol Toyota really went whack when they started building these things.
