okay, I have a 92SE, with a JWT pop charger.

I want to know what I need to do in order to get into the 14's. Is it possible?

oh, and I have an auto.

 

exhaust, high stall TC, VB mod, ECU and probably some more goodies here and there. good launches help out too! good luck it's not gonna be easy or should I say CHEAP..........

Easiest way into the 14's? sell your damn auto and buy mine for $6200......

 

I was gonna say something to that effect....but once again thats the easy way out.... screw a 5spd, AUTOMAGICS 4 LIFE!!!

 

Yeah, well, umm... I would, but I have a goal, and until I hit 14.999999999 or lower, I will be keeping the auto. And Sam, if you keep your Max that long, then, I will strip my car of the mods, and sell it, then buy yours, and put all my mods on it!

 

my stock 92 SE runnin open intake was runnin 15.4's all night long last night. i still had the spare in too, so i don't think 14's are that far off. well, you need to sell that auto first.

 

yeah, well, I am racing tomorrow and will see what I can do with just the JWT pop charger. Exhaust will be in next week.

 

you can do 14's in an auto no problem. the high stall tc, and vb mod alone will take at least a second, maybe more off your e.t. that will put you in 5spd territory right there. then get the cai, exhaust, ecu, etc. and bang, 14's.

 

thats still a lot of dough compared to taking the mods off his car and trading it in for a 5sp.

 

yeah, but its also nice to know your auto can kill most 5spds
