Not meant to be but troubleshooting aide with FSM: this particular flaps issue is confuzean because about every drawing names details differently, omit features... I have made 'some' addendums, corrections and coloring just to make things clear. Pls point out errors as u see them.

One detail not explained at all, is the A/C condensed water exhaust hose; has some kinda 'valve or switch' plugged with a wire (near wiper motor). I have not found any schema telling what that feature is, where attached, how functions... Help me out!

Theyre edited to speed troubleshooting - manuals tend to depict only a working product. If I had a junk car, they would be real pics. (of course editing means error possibility: here I am asking input if any found...) Theyre currently on the cardomain website waiting for picking for all, wiking friends&foes...

My needle never rises but to halfway. Gauges, sender resistors are different.

The sender is cheap and easy to swap; check its resistance first (6.). One pin on engine ground another on the sensor (plug off first). Engine off. Measure cold and hot, see the resistance values in the table. If its smtg different, change.

Still check that the engine itself warms (enough water, bubbled bled out -see stickies-, belts tight, thermostat works)
