Learned the hard way

well i now know NEVER to buy suspension parts off of e bay i guess you get what you pay for. people selling factory rejects. first i bought front struts one in which had weak threads and blew apart taking the hat right off my head. 2nd i bout sway bar links which both have broke as of yesterday, what is with this crap where do they get it?

Wow -- that could have been a dangerous (fatal) situation. Glad it was only your hat that got removed! I had a retaining bolt come loose changine the struts on my maxi and it got very exciting for a few moments.
I purchased some struts from a reputable seller (checked the feedback) on eBay and was very happy with the purchase. I always look at feedback to see if the person has sold that item before and if the buyer was satisfied with the purchase. Sorry you got burned.

i did to lol i never buy from anyone under a 98% 1000 orders. i got the adrenaline pumpin thats for sure man those springs have unbelevable force i knew they were powerful but that is insane i didnt even have a chance to blink it would of killed me for sure. i have taken pictures and sent e mails to the sellers but no one wants to honor their word or product its crazy. id like to beem em in the face with the broken parts lol

I got my endlinks from e-bay and they are great. Like any place else, if the price is too good to believe than it usually is not good quality. I just got my spoiler from there which is a decent piece but the bolt holes were not taped off when they primered and I have to tap them out. Nothing major but it's a sign of cheap assembly. Oh well, It's still better than what I had.
