I would scrounge around on ebay first. The FSM for 92, 93 and 94 has all of the same stuff for VEs, since nothing changed in those years.

I would guess that the dealership wants your first born child (or maybe $200, whichever is greater) for a 10+ year-old FSM (if they can even get one), while they run about $30-$50 on ebay.

You can also beg someone to send you one on disc. There may be some floating around.

That will have the same info except for the engine and possibly tranny, as the 89-91 SE's have the VG engine and you have the VE engine the 92-94 SE's have. All the 89-94 GXE's have the VG.

LIke Alex said, you need a 92-94 FSM, since you have a VE engine.

I have one I can send you for free, and it's a 93 version, so it will cover 93-94 VE as well.

Is the online version illegal?

How could the 'hardware' version be any more legal since they're only suppose to be for Nissan service technicians?

It's illegal to reproduce and distribute the Nissan FSM.
