A few Questions
I cleaned my coolant temp. sensor plug and the cleaned the little plug on the other side of the sensor and as soon as I started the car the fans came on!
( the car had sat for atleast a day and the engine was literaly cold to the
touch!)
Both fans on high speed and it seems like they don't cut off
What do I do to fix this problem please help !!
OHH and by the way for you VG guys what does that screw hole on the back side on top of the air box for ? It has threads and i did not have a 10 mm screw in it!
Do's it need one ?

The problem seems to be in the factory = correct what u did... Possibly ? now no resistance and ECU drops to safe mode =fans on.
Whattodo: Engine off. Plugoff those temp connectors, measure the resistances with u multimeter. Plugin, measure same resistances from ECU pins.

I cleaned the inside of the conecter with some electronics cleaner spray that was like 8.00 it is supposed to be good stuff, the connecter cleaned up well but the fans never turned on with the engine cold before but now they do turn on at high speed.
Wiking I read your site like it's my second bible,
I just need to know if cleaning the connecter screws things up would dirting the connecter fix things ?
I unpluged the temp sensor and I started the car again and it still had the fans on full speed. ( I guess this means it is in some safe (fan on high) mode)
What is that little black plug on the opposite side of the temp sensor for because I cleaned that plug too (would that cause fans on high speed all the time) ?
