I decided to throw the POS "upgrade" harness out and fix my passenger side socket...so just stick with stock setup. I attached a new socket but now the left beam is normal but the passenger side beam is normally high and when I turn on the high beams it's a low beam. Did I cross some wires or something? Does it matter which wire goes into which connector hole? I am guessing it does but I just want to double check.

yeah, you just switched the wires; switch those 2 wires back and you should be fine
the connector has 3 wires, ground (black) , high beam and normal headlights

You want the APC upgrade harness? The connectors on the passenger side are kind of burned.
