Lexus GS/IS series licsense plate lights.....future mod maybe?

Anyone see the GS or IS Lexus's. They have what looks to be HID material lights that replaces the gross look of just normal licsense plate lights. Future mod maybe ?.......

ok since this concept is hard to grasp, i'll see if I can explain it better. You all have seen the nice and bright white HID's. Think of that lighting in a lot lower output illuminating the licsense plate in the back.

Not that hard to understand.....

No bulbs, LED's. The wiring is easy, just ask Wiking.

I prefer to roll w/o plate lights alltogether. Do you really want to make it EASIER for the cops to read your plate?

I have been pulled over twice for that. Once for having one of the two lights out and the other for having the only one light out.

I actually like the idea of an LED license plate light. It might be cool in my Infiniti, which has HIDs.
