Help replacing vent window

So the other day someone broke in my ride via the back right corner window. I tracked down a used one but am having a tough time figuring out how it fits it. Does the trim go in first, or with the glass as one? I took apart the door but it looks like I may have to dismantle it further. Anybody have any experience with this?

if you look closely around the weather stripping, you'll see a screw that holds the post between both glasses...
there's another one or two inside the door that you have to remove.
get those out and then IIRC, the triangle part will come out. you will replace both glass and rubber at the same time. (they come apart, but it comes out of the car as one piece)

I could have, but I ran out of time. I was too busy geting everything I could use off the car.
