brake help

Please explain to me the dif. in rotors. I'm looking to purchase new rotors and pads for my 3rd gen. I'll prob. go with Brembo but should I get crossdrilled, slotted, or OE and what is the dif. between them? My susp. is stock for now. And could I get a recomend on brake pads that don't dust too much. Thanks.

Plain Brembo rotors are best for regular street driving.

OEM-sized crossed-drilled/slotted rotor are essentially an asthetic mod. As far as pads go, I used to run with Axxis Metal Masters, they were good, I am now useing the high end ceramic ones from AutoZone, and they seem fine, and MIGHT even dust a little less.

for regular street driving and even auto X use, you can go with Wagner, Raybestos, or Bendix pads from any parts store. they generally run about $35 a set and will last a long time, dust very little, and work very well.
