Crankshaft Pulley bolt torque?

I'm in the middle of changing out my water pump and have just gotten the crankshaft pulley bolt undone. Given the problems in stopping the engine from turning whilst trying to free up this bolt, the thought occurred to me....how do I set the right torque when it comes time to put it back together?. Any thoughts/experiences?. Engine is VG30E.

Were you able to stop the engine turning when you did it up?. I have auto so can't see an easy way to even get a 'good' tightening onto it.

You to get one of these:

The torque spec is 90-98 lb-ft for that bolt.

My local car parts store only had an impact wrench rated to 110 N.m, so not enough for the job. Also they only had strap wrenches designed for oil filters i.e. again, not big enough to get round the pulley. Guess I need to search some more, but right now I need to go find a 3-arm puller to get the damn pulley off. It's stuck on there fast!. Great engine but damn that water pump is in a PITA place.
