Checking A Tokico Insert

Checking A Tokico Insert?

I guess though, before I replace it, I'd like to see how it is I can verify whether or not it is still OK....with a little effort, I was able to push it down, and it does spring back quickly, I just don't know how difficult that should be...

I have had the strut on the car for just over 100K, but the jam nut that holds it inside the strut housing has been off for about 50K of that, which effective means that the strut has seen litte to no load over that period.

It's ok. I have one that goes down and stays down. Um this is supposed to be a gas cartridge! I think I have one good one though. One rear.
