What do you buy after a 91 VE?
Well a long while back i sold my precious maxima and bought a 93 twin turbo subaru wagon ( which i wish i didnt do, bleh ). Soon after that i traded on up this puppy. So heres a before and after :]

So far ive had heaps of lovers and more than a few haters!
I still wish i had my maxima as a daily driver though. Damn good car it was, even if it did cost me $800 in Wheel bearings.
Specs:
99 Nissan stagea.
RB25DET
206kw, RWD, Auto
So far ive thrown on a:
18" G35 wheels
Lowering springs
Greddy Type-rs BOV
Greddy Profecb-spec2 boost control
Trust Airinx filter
A grunty sound - system kicker/jbl/pioneer/fusion gear.
Feel free to applaude or abuse :]

Thanks for the comments guys! Too bad it doesnt have an RB26 in it !
The only problem with RS 260s here is they are about 1750kg whereas my car is only 1540kg (sorry i dont work in lbs here :P)
I guess we are lucky for getting all this import stuff over here but you guys are lucky to get sweet maximas! All we get over here is the cefiro/teana rebadged to be our maxima, which sucks because they are all auto. A VQ 3.5 6spd would be awesome over here, ultimate sleeper. We got the original 3rd gen here but that was only ever sold with the VG30 and auto
, after that it all turned rebadged cefiro. To make matters worse there is absolutely no aftermarket stuff for them either, nothing whatsoever.
In ref the legacys that are twin turbo.
they started in 93 as a GT (sedan had RS) then in about 95-96 they were specced GT/GTB (GTB having more power through better heads) and then about 98/99 there was GTB and RSK B4(sedan). All had a rather odd sequential twin turbo engine. Basically if you got caught between turbos spooling at about 4k rpm then you were screwed as there was good low end power and top end but absolutely nothing in the middle when the second turbo opened up. I dont think the US got turbo legacys from memory.
Another pic for ya
