Stillen sells parts at a huge markup. Example, Stillen's FSTB is over $200, don't quote me on that, when you can find others for under $100. Just from what I've heard around the site their customer support sucks. And to top it off, Steve Millen is a little aerogant, see Cheston's post about Maxima Day at Stillen in the general forum.

Don't forget....

how they treated Adam(My4DSC)..after spending over $4gs with them for his SC they gave him a hard time just to send out a replacement pulley! Stillen is really starting to loose its footing in the Maxima community as of lately!

prices, lack of customer support...for example many of the SC guys' pulleys break...stillen doesn't repair them under warranty and claims people are racing...blah blah blah...

oh and if you don't buy directly from stillen and your missing something...they tell you that you're SOL...

And...

Let's not forget the time he brushed up against that new Mustang Bullit and started moaning! Oh wait...that was me.

I managed to get a Stillen FSTB for $80 on ebay. Quite happy with it.

their prices for DSMs are also outrageous. if customer support is non-existant, did Maxima.org get Stillen's input about this at the meet?

Stillen is basically overpriced. I have not bought anything from Stillen (for my Max) because I have seen the way most people in here feel about Stillen. Why should we buy something from someone who charges so much? He doesn't care if he loses money from the Maxima community. He makes the majority of his money from high performance vehicles. We should stick with companies with trusted support and dedication to the Maxima community such as Courtesy, Warp Speed and Cattman.

Just my $.02.
