spotted a nice 92 VE5

well i was at worktoday, outside getting carts and trash, i see the clean black 92 max, i notice its a se and black with black leather, some older woman was driving it, so i figure oh its auto, but when she stopped i did not her the clank when its put into park. so i looked in it and its 5spd, this car is very clean.

so i wait outside messing around till she comes out, i talk to her saying i really like her car, and i would be intrested to buy it, she said oh im actually looking to get a new car,and will be selling this.

so we talked about it, she is the orignal owner from 92, its SUPER CLEAN and it has95,000 miles, she said she had all matence done. i did not notice if it had a airbag, i did notide 4DSC stickers on the back doors, so im kinda guessing its mabey her husbands, but idk

so i gave her my # and hopefully she will call me soon, this car was great, by far the best deal, cuz she is a older lady that takes care of her car

so if she calls me ima jump on it, kbb is saying between 2500 and 3000

its def the lowest original mile 3rd gen i know of

im sick of having 252,000 miles on my car

I think someone with a black car (Brad92SE?) got his car not too long ago with super low miles, like less than 70k. Probably has more now, though...

That sounds like a very good find. If you can get it for the appx blue book price (around $3k) I would consider that a good deal considering the miles and condition you say it's in. Honestly, I think it could sell for up to $4-$5k if it is super clean. MrGone sold his for almost $4k with zero mods left on it and like 130k miles.

because that is what it was/is .

Its just how Nissan marketed it. Its missing on a lot of cars because the owners either took it off for the heck of it or tinted their windows.

I bought my 91 SE from an older woman. She's a college teacher here in Irvine, CA. Even tho it had over 170k on it when I bought it from her back in Feb 04, it drove like a dream compared to some that I test drove with less than half the amount of miles. So much more solid, rattle free, engine whispers, suspension/steering solid and tight. And when they come with all documentation of maintenance done at Nissan dealer, original window sticker, dealer checklist for delivery to customer, etc. it's all worth some extra money.

Cause it was back in the day..

Plus theres something I read in a M/T awhile back, that they put the sticker on, after BMW called their car "The four door sports car" sarcasticly, when they found out the Maxima will be challenging their king of sports sedans. So in turn Nissan went ahead and stuck it on all of our cars.

probably not. The sticker is on the inside of the car and when you try to put the tint over it then it will look funny...plus you really wont be able to see the sticker anyway.

On my old GXE, I stuck it on the fenders after I got tints. Didn't look too bad. You can stick it on the back of the side mirrors as well. Skys the limit.

I would not buy one.

I am sure there is a place in your town that will cut stickers. Maybe a sporting goods store or something like that. Shouldnt cost too much. I remember when I was a kid it was cool to get your name cut in vinyl stickers and have your name on the drivers window and your girls on the passengers. I never did it because you just dont do stuff like that to a 66 Chevelle but I know a lot of people that did.

Most states will only allow you to obtain that infromation if you are an insurer, the person, or have one of the many reasons listed on their form - and i doubt this is one of them.

Good luck man, I drive a 92 SE 5-speed, and I enjoy every minute of it. Bar none, the best car I've ever owned.

Before knowing anything about the car, at first glance, I thought 4DSC stood for "Four Disc CD Changer"
