I can appreciate all the tuners and enthusiasts taking their 3rd gens to new heights. I, on the other hand, just want to keep the Maxima on the road. My front rotors look like a belt sander was used in the middle. I've been checking eBay for X drilled/slotted rotors, and the best price I've seen is about $100 (shipped) for a pair. Does anyone know where I can get a set of these in the $70-75 range?

Otherwise, I'll be looking for standard vented rotors to replace the ones on the car. I've seen Internetautomart's $50.66 shipped for generics (I'm assuming standard vented rotors). Can anyone beat that price?

 

No offense to Brian, but if you are going to just go with generics, head to your nearest NAPA and buy a pair. I'd go with Brembo blanks personally, I think they are only ~$45 each.

 

About the best prices around is www.raceshopper.com and that's for new stuff.

I still have to see if the guy is going to buy them, but I was selling my complete set (front and rear) of Brembo slots for $150 shipped.

 

i don't know if i'd go super generic as they are mainly crap...at least go with bendix...i'd also stay away from xdrilled (they just never made any sense to me - structurally compromised and not intended for our application - but that's a whole other thread of flames i'm sure)....slotted are a nice upgrade.


u definitely get what u pay for in my experience when u compare rotor cost to warpage and cost for getting them turned every so often and then replacing them early

Yeah I just got the Diamond Slotted rotors from them, love them.

I'm trying to sell as a set, it's easier than trying to sell seperate, not much demand for just rear slotted rotors.
