Fender Drainage problem

Does anybody have a fix. The side drainage on pic.
Well inside of there its like rotted out. On both sides. Under the dash corners drivers and passangers side water leaks out when it rains. I removed the black cover where the wipers are thats all good no holes. I wonder do i gotta take the dash out which i think wont let me get to the problem. Or take that side drainage cover open it and work from there.

Both my Maxima's had the same problem. I have pics of the repair I did to my first Maxima on my site (page 3 & 4 - I warn you it's not pretty tho - those were the early years...). There's probably an easier way to repair it, but I tend to do things the hard way.

I'm not sure what you could do to temporarily fix it? It's a very difficult area to access and work in. As you can see in my pics, I had to cut an access hole just to be able to see it. Taking the dash off doesn't give you access to the real problem, but would allow you 'patch' it. That's a LOT of work tho - and you wouldn't be solving it - it'd only be a band-aid solution.

If i could do a band aid solution till i could do it right. Im happy. Lets see this summer. With better weather and more time.True the best way to get to it was the way you did it.
