Broken Glass

I park my car on a street that I know it should not be, and I forgot to move it. Some MF broke into my car and stole about $2 in change! I am so pissed, now I need to go to a U Pull It tomorrow and change the damn glass!

I just needed to vent it's my 1st time!

Heard of a deductible? I think that most of us under 25 just have liability. If you can't find the glass, I have a spare set laying around, although I don't know how shipping would work out.

NP brother. I once chased a guy apparently stealing my stock wheel! We can't help the Max is so Sexy! Oh and for further referance, my .9 and some wheel locks will make sure I get the F--ker next time. Sorry to hear about the glass. Which one is it?

Havent had anything happen to my Max (yet) and hopefully never will cuz I love this car and will be sure if anyone is seen by ME doing ANYTHING to it; is gonna get it hard..not to the point of killing but just a good ol' fashioned passionate *** whoopin', some free community service hours, and some expensive repair bill for what was done to the vehicle. Well I'm sorry to hear about your car hopefully you'll get the glass and replaced cheap.

what really pissed me off was that there was another max behind me the whole time. I would have broken into that one it was a 2001, clean. Then I found it it's my roommates max! I should be able to find the glass I went there last year and there were many Max's.

It was the front passenger window.

And it's not coverd I only have liability, right nismosleeper!

Yea even if he had full Coverage who the hell would sacrifice a premium going up for something that can most likely be covered for under 75 bucks?

One thing that sucks about that is is seems like you are cleaning out glass for years.

Make sure to take it apart and shop vac it out really well. I would take your seats out and everything.even take the door panel off and shop vac inside of there.

Replacing the glass isn't too hard, just hope you can get a pretty good deal from the boneyard for a replacement.

Chump Change

My wife had the same thing happen to her. She parks in a big Boeing lot and, since the company did away with security, kids would come through the lot and smash out windows to steal anything visible. I convinced her after that not to leave change on the console in plain sight. If nothing of value is visible they won't bother it.

We (my mom/myself) pay $90 a month for liability..cant wait to get Allstate though since we have our home insurance with them we would get discount PLUS I got good GPA so we'd get another discount.

Cliff that is so true, to this day I still see glass in my old Honda from when they broke my window for a stock cassette player in 2001, ****in crackheads!

You should be able to find the replacement glass no problem, and relatively cheap.
On the insurance thing - jeez! I pay a whopping $59/mo for liability and comp (which covers glass, etc)!

yea that sucks, matter of fact some d-head broke the little back window on my gf's 93 max last night, she found out this morning. she leaves her cd player and cd's in the max, it looks like they tried to pry the little window out (?) cause you can see the flat head screw driver mark, the thing is, the factory alarm must of went off and they left everything.... im sure they will be back and this time i will be ready... and she's getting it fixed tomorrow for $60. but yea, the factroy alarm must of 'saved' her things.
