not really feelin the wheels. They are pretty much equal to the stock sawblades in the same condition. I don't know if it's just because of the drop, or my eyes or what, but it looks like they are offset closer to the car, too.

On the positive side, black cars look good with clear corners and your car appears to be in excellent shape.

It's no your eyes. 4-gen offset is cruddy as in in the 45-48mm range.

i thought the same as uncle cliffy at first sight. i think the stock wheels sit a bit wider than those. but still a nice black max. good luck with the "project".

Um so? A 89 Camry V6 is probably just as fast if not faster then your 89 VG.

Ford? I ran 17x8 Ford Cobra wheels. Got a problem with that?

Your view on wheels and other makes is what doesn't make sense. Grow up a bit. Maximas aren't the end all of cars. Not even close.

For someone coming off a ban you still talk too much. And maybe it is you who needs to brush up on your 90's car knowledge because they do resemble 97 camry wheels.

Honestly those 4th gen wheels actually look nice on his car..I never would've thought that they'd look that nice. At first the only 4th gen wheels I liked were the ones I got but I guess I got a new opinion, they both look good.

That is halarious. You are soooo awesome. You should keep at it, I hear that the third time's the charm around here. Usually when people refer to projects they are doing something significant to their cars, like adding a turbo or dropping a bigger engine; what is yours?

your car looks great...keep up the good work.....

Maybe you can install some spacers so the wheels come out a little more..The wheels actually look pretty good, but just a little too "in"...Spacers might do the trick....

Looks nice, But the wheels look too small.
Should probably go with 17s being dropped that low. Maybe 2k2s?

1: I hate 17's with passion, keep them if you like them.
2: I have never previously seen camry wheels like those before
3: thanks for the people who have something nice to say
4: I have my opinions, and my views.
5: Spacers, might go with them one day, but i dought it, im not into big wheels, and have my wheels stick out any they look fine to me.
6: the project has much more to come, i have something only 2 people know about thats im working on that actually makes this a hardcore project.
7: I work slowly, and work on details and then add the big stuff. Clean the area before you can move in the big stuff.
8: No i will not be adding any big rims. I LOVE the way the 95 se blades look, and im keeping them they are here to stay.
9: 17's are just too big for someone that takes there car to the track and like to drive like i do, 16's maybe, but 17's look good on show cars.
10: I had 17's on my car, i hated the way it felt driving on 17's, reminded me of when i drove this guys cadilac on 20's.

finnaly. Regaurdless of if you like my car or not, or think i should throw big rims on it, or do something odd to it, do that to your car, i keep my car clean, and I dont add any ricer gear on it like some of the cats who randomly drop in every now and then.

1. Don't get pissed at other people because you put substandard quality 4th gen parts on your car
2. You only dislike 17" wheels because you cannot afford them.
3. License plate = rice

You have this much trouble in the real world making friends?

Anyway. Those wheels tuck too much. The only reason I have them was because they were already on the car when I bought it. Havn't changed them yet cuz I'm a cheap sob that has to spend money on being a dad.

You outta watch your additude. It wasn't long ago u were banned.

Wait, 17's are too big to take to the track? I suppose if you are runnin some wrinkle walls at the dragstrip, then a set of light 15's would be your best bet. Thats all though, take them to a road course or anything that involves turning, and the sidewalls on those tires will be rolling on you. Not flaming, just stating a fact. A lightweight set of 17's is fine for the dragstrip too, just mount up a pair of drag radials. If it's the ride of 17's that you dont like, well thats another issue entirely.

I thought the 17's rode pretty nice... made it feel like a sports car. I hate the bouncy sloppy cadillac feel of huge sidewalls. I personally won't go bigger than 17's though... not sure why.

? Actually they look a bit small due to the double lip. But yes, they are 18s. Forged too. The wheel/tire weight was about the same as my cast 17 wheel/tire weight. I'm looking for another set.
