Digital speed sensor?

Lately my Digital speedometer is jumping all over the place, 50 down to 16 then up to 55 etc etc and it will not read the low speeds, like crawling at 2 or 4. The rest of the dash is perfect, it just seems to be the speed reading. I am thinking this id a sensor! Anyone have ideas or where this sensor is?
Thanks

The analog speedo is pretty straight forward. I'm no digi dash expert, but it sounds like you should replace the whole cluster with a junkyard piece.
