What a weekend...

Well I tackled the exhaust manifold stud job this past weekend. I would have to say that it ranks about an 8 on my hardness scale. I ran into some problems on the rear, but the front was easy. (I'll post a link to some pics later)
I installed all new studs, nuts, and washers from the dealer as well as gaskets. I replaced the stock y-pipe with one from www.warpspeedperformance.com.

However I still have some major issues and would like to see if any .org members can help me out.

I still have my hesitation under power and I'm going through gas like crazy. I filled it up last night, I drove to work and I have half a tank. Work is 60 miles away from home. I know that the gauge or sending unit is a little off but not that much.

Heres my questions.

1. The 02 sensor looked like crap, can that cause the problem?

2. What about the fuel pressure regulator?

3. What other things could it be?

I checked the injectors as I just replaced one about a week ago that OHM'd at 26. Is it possiable that other injectors are bad even though they OHM'd out fine?

a o2 sensor would cause high gas milage but i dont think that bad it might be a combo of both injectors and o2 sensor

I also still have the issue where if I turn on my head lights or open my sunroof or anything electrictal it will make the rpms dip even at 70 mph and it will loss power for a moment and then be ok. It also surges and hesitates going up hills. I will replace the 02 sensor Thursday. Is there anything else that it might be? I have OHM'd the injectors and replaced the only bad one.

Just because they ohm out correctly doesnt mean they arent stuck open like they were saying.

Right... That is what I was trying to get to, even though they OMH'd out does not mean that they are not bad. So I guess that it is time for me to break out the hose and listen to my injectors and make sure they are all clicking.

im about 90 percent sure its injector now i had similar issues with hesitation and sputtering and the electrical problem accept it only happened when cold it ended up being two bad injector seals and that solved all my problems not saying for sure that is urs but sounds like it to me and i still would replace that 02 sensor if it looks nasty

my injectors also checked out on my ohm meter fine

Ok I have a new question or comment. When shifting gears I can hear what sounds like a miss fire as the rpms drop during shift. Can this be an injector? The car is idling ok for the most part. What else can I do to check for bad injectors?
