Injector Stuck!?

Well seems like today is fuel injector day. I am in the process of replacing a dead one on my 93 gxe and i had the same problem with the cap screws being stuck, but i got them off with some penetrating oil and other stuff. Now my problem is the injector seems to be stuck in the rail. I can twist it around in there all day but it wont budge no matter how much i pull, twist, wiggle or whatever. If anyone knows of some kind of trick or has any experience with this, please let me know. This is starting to get on my nerves.

if you are pulling the dead one out.. use a pair of pliers on the head of the injector and pry up on it when it starts to come out.... there is 2 little o-rings holding it in place

twist and pull. if you don't need the old injector, sometimes you can pry it out with a screwdriver

Well i got it out this morning, the twist and pull worked. I had to pull really hard and the pliers messed the top of the injector up but i dont care its bad and i have a new one. I can understand how it might be hard to get out after being in there for about 13 years hehe. Thanks for the help, now i just have to put it all back together and hope i dont run into any other problems.
