Please help me identify these wheels

One of the centercaps broke off on one of my wheels and I need a replacement wheel. I can not afford new wheels, I am a poor college student. Could someone help me identify them. They are MOMO, it is etched on the wheel, as well as 7JX15H2 ET22 Type:073005.
I searched www.momo.it with no luck. Hopefully someone will recognize it, thanks in advance.

Yes they are on my Max, the previous owner put them on. The wheels look nice, just one has a cap missing and it needs to be replaced.

they can't be Impala wheels...
Because Impala's have either 16's or 17's... they look like them though. If you can't find them it's a good chance they are discontinued. They look very old school anyways... More like rims for a lowrider or something..
Maximum5spd: I saw your car like 2 hours ago on Ave M. that spoiler looks hot, I'm not a fan of aftermarket spoilers but that one looks pretty damn good on your car.

They look like the Momo "Course" Wheel circa 1989. Show picture to someone at Momo, even though its discontinued, they should be able to identify. Check aftermarket wheel shops, and places that refurbish OEM wheels. They just may have the ceterpiece or be able to at least indentify those rims.
