OK i blew a strut out and i mean blew it out you could raise and lower it with no resistance and in the process noticed that the axle was REALLY messed up the inner boot was mostly gone and the outside was ripped. YEAH I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE CHANGED IT A LOT SOONER! So i figured i would just replace the strut for now since i didn't have the axle at the moment and it not that big of a job. So that was saturday and now it is Sunday so replaced the axle and needless to say it was in the nick of time since this morning i came out and the tranny was leaking from the axle, And yes i made sure when i put the strut in that the axle was still locked in but it was fried for any one that has ever replace a axle you know how the axle compacts a little well this one would compact all the way with no hesitation you can see what i mean.
