A buddy of mine.....

is using the Altezzas from a Honda Del Sol...some guys saw it at the last NE meet, we'll see how it turns out when he's all done....but NO company sells Altezza or Clear lamps for our generation Maixma.

How did he use the Honda Del Sol Altezzas, you would have to cut into the body, no?

the stock tailight housing comes out cleanly and he just popped in the Del Sol altezzas, secured them and plugged them up, no need to cut up the body. its not tottally done yet but I think he plans to put another clear housing over them to make it look flush with the rear, maybe it'll be done by Maxus in July. heres a pic from the last meet--->

Wow, looks real nice. But, those are Honda Del Sol altezzas, are you sure. Because I am going to try this project out.

Thanks

i agree, the car is nice though. dont know why he would want to put those lights in there. he could have at least gotten altezza's from an older accord that would fit better. heck, just about any other altezza would fit better than the del sol altezza's.

I wish i had some pic of an R33 tails, they look exactly like mine the only diff is. that in R33 the circles are shaved into the body and mine are painted, but ohh well pretty close, but lets not get into that discussion again. Nissan and Nissan is fine but Honda and Nissan is NOT.

Well technically Honda's don't come with those *cough*gay*cough* lights either. It would be a Nissan and Toyota thing since they actually come OEM.

Actually, Maximum5spd, I've got pics of the R33 tails (heck, I've got a model of an R33 on my desk). Either that, or you can see the tails up close here:

That's not just rice, that's shrimp-fried rice with a whole bottle of soy sauce on the side. That **** looks nasty. Granted, it MAY look better if it was flush, but it's still a disgrace to a Maxima.
