I'm new 1993 Nissan Maxima GXE AUTO VG owner and I'm tired of watching Civics, Accords, Eclipses, Mustangs, Integras, etc.. think that they are bad ***.

As far as basic/cheap and most effective horsepower upgrades go.. what would be the order of line up. KEEP IN MIND, I'm LOOKING FOR REASONABLY PRICED upgrades to High end boost. Does Stillen, Nismo, or any other company have a performance chart which I can follow, different stages??

1st: Air Intake system (best brand for perfrmnce?)
2nd: Remove pre-cats and cats (add straight pipe)
3rd: Clean throttle body to gain lost power.
4th: ??
5th: ??
6th: ??
7th: ??
8th: ??

Hopefully this thread will be helpful for others as well.

Thank you everyone who reads and takes the time to reply.

P.S. Is the 3rd generation the model that can handle a 300zx TT motor dropped under the hood? I heard they have the same motor mounts, is that true?

No a Z32 VG30DETT engine will not fit, yes a Z31 VG30DET will fit. Try looking back a few pages and there are tons of posts about that very topic.

Welcome to the club, and Enjoy the Ride!
