Overheated....coolant leak....won't start...----->

Okay,
My car overheated yesterday....when I went to refill it, I got a MAJOR leak on the Left side (passenger). On top of this...it would not start.

My theory:

The intake manifold to head gasket is gone. I got a similar leak when I improper installed that gasket after my knock sensor job.

This is also causing it not to be able to start.....maybe this, or coolant in the head? I looked at the oil, and there was no coolant in it, and best I cal recall, there was no smoke from the tailpipe before I shut the engine off.

Does this sound plausible? I'm going in after the gasket first, anything else I should check while in there? (related to overheating damage?)

check your compression...if it's low in one bank (or more) then you have a big paper weight.

if the intake manifold gasket is leaking then it'll have a hard time starting. change the gasket or get some RTV and seal it up and try to start it again.

Got any pics of the area it is leaking from?
