im looking to buy a cat back exhaust system for my 92 max se, and was wondering if anyone has a brullen? my friend has a greddy and its realyl nice, but i like the look of the brullen more...i have to call a few places cause if the brullen is around the same amount of $ as the greddy ill get that...i just hope its not too much $ and it doesnt produce a ricy sound

 

Is your friend's greddy exhaust on a maxima? Because I heard that the greddy exhaust on a maxima is really loud, even at idle and can become really annoying just driving around town. It seems that the greddy produces a constant droning sound. Just something to look into.

 

the greddy and brullen have about the same tone. due to a large muffler and lots of sound deadening material. The brullen tips even have roving stainless mesh to supress drone. The deal here is that the exiting tone on the brullen is not as deep, but more healthy. I personally would get the Brullen with twin 3" tips. you have a choice on the tip style you want. very solid construction and the muffler is black, not RICE boy shiny.
