Where's the clutch bypass wire?

I have a 92 VE. I'm trying to install a starter kill switch that will require the cigarrette lighter to be pushed in to start the car (an awesome idea on Craig B's website http://www.geocities.com/craigbrace/). I wanted to splice the clutch bypass wire to do this but I don't know where it's located! I looked underneath the clutch pedal and saw the little black button that is pressed when the clutch is pushed in and a very thick wire coming out behind this button. Is this it? I'm guessing this a bunch of wires bundled together, if so, which is the clutch bypass wire, or is it somewhere else?

Thanks!
