rear brake lines

my rear brake line has a hole in it. on the passenger side side it looks like but the hole is on the other side of the line and two run right next to each other so i know i have to replace at least 1 or 2. herere are my questionps:
anything i should look out for?
should i just replace all the lines? or all the rears?
my abs light is on is that because i didn't disconect the abs actuators on the front of the car when i bled my brakes last time?

i love my 4dsc! better then my 4th gen...

thanks guys

just get all 3(?) lines from the dealer and replace them at one shot.

can't / won't speculate on the ABS light, that's what the ABS test is for

4 lines but good luck finding all of them. I tried and I could not get one of the lines (cant remember which one but was one of the long ones) so I had to make my own.

I couldn't remember how many lines it was.
I typically don't have problems getting things from the dealer.
As you pointed out you can make your own, it just takes patience

so you are so special you can get discontinued parts when no on has them?

I had three dealers run locators on the one line and none of them could find them. I was given a list of places that might have them. One place had that particular line. I called and he said that it was being held for another customer and he couldnt sell it to me.

you'd be amazed at how many times a part has been "discontinued" when there are still out there, or it's just a supperssesion the guy didn't catch.
it happens all the time.

yes I know that but I had 3 different knowledgeable parts guys (maybe even more knowledgeable than you) do all they could do and they in turn checked other dealers (through their parts system) to no avail.

I am not saying there is not another brake line available but I am saying it will be VERY hard to find.
