A 2 door maxima? SE-R 3rd gen?

After seeing a few really nice black B13 (sentra) SE-R's, I cant help thinking a maxima would look pretty sweet as a 2 door.

Id get a photo editing program and start editing but Id probably suck at chopping it and this dell sucks. I gotta get my computer...

And a tuning shop in the UK did a 2 door evo if you think Im insane. But yes I am also insane.

the front doors would look short unless a longer door like 240 or etc. would fit and u make panels to seal up the leftover rear door frame
the interior of the leftover rear door frame would be a whole diff project i guess

i have PS, so i could try this. but i'd have to be later, or unless someone gets to it before me. and i have thought of this idea before, i think it would look nicer then a 240, but damn the FWD!

Haha I might try to do it, warm up that spankin' new CS3. The post gave me an even greater idea though: weld both doors together, and have them swing up as one from roof/column hinges.

Did the best I could with Macromedia Fireworks, it's not as savvy as Photoshop, but it gets the job done.

Haha, looks pretty sick if I say so myself...

edit: tint+what looks like seat rests added

I must be the only one who knew in my head all these years that the 3rd gen Maxima would NOT look good as a coupe.

the proportions are a bit off.
I'd change the rear window rake.
make the door a bit longer
and get rid of the wing on the trunk

rear window rake?
I made the door about 8 or 9 inches longer
the wing stays on the 2-door

edit: gotcha... looked up what rake angle meant

hah, uhh.. yeah...

I'd rather convert the RWD, Z31 based M30 to a manual vs converting a FWD 4 door to 2 door.

I'm obviously mistaken, but all this time I thought the Skyline was basically a two door Maxima?

edit: tint+what looks like seat rests added
make it a little longer and make the roof line a little more coupe like and it might actually look sharp
